Where is Inn by the Park?
Inn by the Park is at 22 Sir James Morris Drive, Morrisburg, Ontario K0C 1X0, on the edge of Earl Baker Park beside the St. Lawrence River. Morrisburg is just off Highway 401, about an hour from Ottawa, 90 minutes from Kingston and two hours from Montreal.
How many rooms does the inn have?
Three guest suites, each with a private bathroom: the Sunshine Room (king bed, kitchenette, fireplace, private entrance), the Luxurious King Room (the largest suite, with a sleigh bed and bay window) and the Luxurious Balcony Room (direct access to the balcony over the park and river).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Contact us in advance if you need a different arrival time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What shared spaces can guests use?
All guests have access to the full kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bar, library, and the balcony overlooking Earl Baker Park and the St. Lawrence River. You can cook your own meals, bring back a bottle from a local winery, and use the house like your own.
How much does it cost to stay?
Rooms start at $179 per night. Current rates are $179 for the Luxurious Balcony Room, $199 for the Luxurious King Room and $229 for the Sunshine Room. The best rate is always on our own website.
How far is Upper Canada Village?
About ten minutes by car. The Upper Canada Playhouse, the Morrisburg waterfront, the marina and local restaurants are all within a few minutes as well, and the St. Lawrence Parks Commission trails and beaches run along the river in both directions.
How do I book a room?

How does payment work?
When you book on our website, a 20% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-out and is settled through a secure payment link we email to you. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are paid in full through those platforms.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. Guests have full use of the shared kitchen and dining room, so you can make your own breakfast whenever you like, and there are cafés and restaurants a few minutes away in Morrisburg.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on the driveway.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the inn.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome. The shared kitchen and dining room make the inn a comfortable choice for families.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed with a cleaning fee. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm the details for your stay.
Is the inn suitable for families or longer stays?
Yes. The shared kitchen, dining room and sitting room make it well suited to families, small groups travelling together and guests staying several nights. Ask us about weekly rates.
